In 2000, Paymon Raouf, owner of Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen (established 1988), opened Paymon’s Lounge and brought an entire industry to life. He took a cultural tradition that dates back centuries, the water pipe, and paired it with a modern food and cocktail lounge.
It has been known ever since as America’s first hookah lounge, and in our opinion the most beautiful one in the country. Today the Lounge pairs hookah with craft cocktails, mocktails, coffee and tea, and the full Mediterranean menu from Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen. Join us the next time you’re looking for the best hookah experience in Las Vegas.
